Andrew W. Diwik, Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Andrew Diwik brings to the company more than 20 years of management consulting experience. Mr. Diwik manages the daily operations, including financial oversight; monitoring and management of the integrity of accounting activities and financial reporting; development and implementation of operational improvement opportunities; management of the administrative team; analysis of market opportunities and the structuring of business plans; development of financial models and deal valuations; conducting due diligence and assisting with transaction negotiation and documentation; development and management of strategic relationships with financial intermediaries and joint venture development partners.
Mr. Diwik earned his Masters in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and his Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Andrew has been licensed for mortgage lender operations since August of 2007.
