Willa A. Fearrington, General Counsel
Willa A. Fearrington works as the companies' general counsel. She has practiced law in West Palm Beach for more than 25 years and her specialties include real estate, products liability, ad valorem taxation, appeals, civil litigation, family law, information technology, and local government relations.
Prior to working with Main Street she was a partner in a prestigious national law firm, and a mediator for the Florida State Supreme Court. Previous representations include the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser and the Palm Beach County Information Systems and Services Department.
Ms. Fearrington is a noted speaker, having addressed the International Association of Assessing Officers, the Florida Association of Property Appraisers and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Ms. Fearrington graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. She also received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina and is a member of the Florida and North Carolina Bars.
Ms. Fearrington was a founding Director and active organizer of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches. Started in 1976, it is the largest non-profit, non-partisian and public affairs organization in the state of Florida. Her other non-profit efforts includes serving as a founding director for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Palm Beach County.
