As Vice President and Professional Engineer, Kenneth Kirk manages the Kissimmee, Florida office's daily operations, including:
- Overseeing the rezoning of the real estate holdings where needed
- Overseeing the planning and design of the improvements to the real estate holdings
- Negotiating and administering the contracts with the various consultants and contractors
- Setting schedules and budgets for the zoning, planning, design and construction projects
- Monitoring the progress of various construction projects
