Mr. Myron Miller is charged with the responsibility of finding new development projects for his companies. His efforts have resulted in the significant expansion of the company's presence in the marina market as well as establishing a profitable horse operation. Mr. Miller's leadership in the profitable division that focuses on the breeding and racing of thoroughbred horses broadens the company's exposure and financially compliments the real estate development operations.

A Florida native and Florida State University alum, Mr. Miller understands the Florida market and has established an extensive network of contacts across the state. His education, a position at Nomura Asset Capital and experience as a custom homebuilder has enabled Mr. Miller to develop a strong background in finance and project management, with an emphasis on risk assessment and management. Mr. Miller’s considerable network, coupled with his ability to think outside the box while evaluating opportunities; has allowed him to capitalize on market inefficiencies in the real estate industry and beyond.
