Kentucky Equine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Center (KESMARC) joined with one of the Miller equine companies to form a join venture to build a world class equine sports medicine facility as an integral part of the redevelopment of the 426 acre Farnsworth Farms into an exclusive equestrian community.
