August 2010 - Jessica is Back and might I say, better than ever!... Jessica is Back completed an unprecedented , clean sweep by locally based horses of the four graded stakes on August 28 Summit of Speed program at Calder and gave trainer Marty Wolfson his second grades stakes win on the card by wearing down the 2-1 favorite Warbling in the $350,000 Princess Rooney Handicap. The Grade 1 Princess Rooney is a "Win and You're in" race for the Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Sprint November 5th.

September 2010 - Wylders Waterfront Bar and Grill is now open!... Located at Jupiter Pointe Marina and overlooking the intercoastals, our new restaurant and pool are an ideal place to settle back into land after a long day of boating. Parents can relax with pool side dining while the kids cool off in the pool.

July 2010 - Construction is nearing completion on the new Tiki bar and pool at Jupiter Pointe Marina. The new restaurant has over 4000 sq ft of seating area including a unique pool service area. The facilities sit on the edge of the Intercostals Waterways allowing you to take in the breathtaking views of the water. Opening is planned for late august with a full menu of healthy resort foods.

May 2010 - Jupiter Pointe Marina opens a new 90,000 square foot storage building. Rated to withstand category 5 winds in excess of 150 MPH and capable of storing boats up to 45 feet in length and 38,000 pounds, its no wonder the facility has reached 50% occupancy in its first three months. Located 2 miles north of Jupiter Inlet on the east side of the Intercostals Waterway and serviced through a large launching and recovery basin, this marina has easy access to the Atlantic Ocean.

October 2009 - Legacy Acquisitions purchases the property north of Jupiter Pointe Marina. The property is under redevelopment and is planned to provide accommodations for up to 25 RV's. All visitors will be afforded access to Jupiter Pointe's facilities including restaurant, boat rental and storage as well as recreational equipment rental. Available to the site will be guided ocean fishing and SCUBA training and excursions.
