October 2007 - Lifestyle Family Fitness, one of the top 20 fastest growing health clubs in the world, signed a lease with Robert Miller. LLF is slated to open October 2008. Contingent upon the lender lease approval, the health club will be replacing the Park 11 Theater at The Winter Park Shopping Center in Winter Park, Florida.

August 2007 - Marion County issued zoning approvals to develop the Kentucky Equine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Center-South (KESMARC) at Farnsworth Farms in Morriston, Florida. KESMARC-South will be dedicated to rehabilitating race horses, and will feature such amenities as an equine swimming pool, two eurocisers, waterciser, aqua treadmill, indoor polytrack, 20-stall climate-controlled barn, and additional housing for 70 horses.
