Farnsworth Farms

Robert and Myron Miller acquired the world-famous Farnsworth Farms in 2006 and are committed to redeveloping the 426 acre property into a unique 5-star thoroughbred breeding and training farm with a rich heritage, including the breeding of such champions as Beautiful Pleasure and Jewel Princess. The Florida Thoroughbred Breeders' and Owners' Association choose Farnsworth Farms as the state's leading breeder in 1994 and 1995. Farnsworth Farms also won an Eclipse Award in 1996 as North America's outstanding breeder. Due to the curtailing of the farm's operations in recent years, the property had fallen into disrepair. In anticipation of rejuvenating the property, Farnsworth Farms has recently formed a joint venture with the Kentucky Equine Sports Medicine and Rehab Center (KESMARC) to build a world-class equine sports medicine facility. KESMARC is currently under construction and will be open for business in January 2009.

Surrounded by the Ocala National Forest and some of the most beautiful horse farms in the world, Farnsworth Farms is located in Ocala, Florida. Development plans include dividing the land into 100-acre plots offering some of the best soil in the world. Only two of these unique plots remain and the property offers a full-service community racetrack, sure to draw horse lovers of all ages.
