In August of 1997, Robert Miller acquired the land he would use to build Legacy Resort. This unique parcel represented 1,000 acres of undeveloped land 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Osceola County Florida. The parcel is extremely accessible and is bordered by Highway's 535, 192, and the Osceola Parkway. With the millions of tourists who visit the area each year, Osceola Trace is ideally suited to access the numerous hotels, restaurants, and activity centers of the greater Orlando metropolitan market.
