With just a simple call ahead, the boat will be taken safely from storage, washed, fueled, and stocked with food and beverages. Everything will be prepared ahead of time for the duration of the day, on and off the ocean.

Phase I of the project includes the demolition on the north side of the property which began on August 15th, 2007. It is projected to be finished by the end of March 2009. The sales center at the JupiterPointe Club & Marina opened for business on Monday, October 8th, 2007. Phase I will be complete by years end, 2008. It will include the Sales Center, a building for boat storage, the Clubhouse, and the pool area, restaurant and bar. Phase II will be finished when the second building with the rackominiums is ready for use.
