The Center of Winter Park provides the upscale community of Winter Park a place to shop, dine and enjoy the convenience of nearby services. With Kmart and Office Depot serving as anchors, this 258,000 square-foot center draws residents from affluent Winter Park, as well as downtown Orlando, Longwood, Maitland, Casselberry and Altamonte Springs. In addition to its anchors, the Center presents a balanced mix of tenants, including Michael's Crafts and five full-service restaurants. The property also offers two outparcels for retail or service-oriented business development.
We are also pleased to announce the recent addition of Lifestyle Family Fitness to the shopping center. The Center, opening October 2008, will be in excess of 30,000 square feet, Lifestyle is a family oriented gym offering something for the entire family.
